Also had the chance recently to spend an evening backstage at the Grand Ole Opry - what a blast! Chatted to my buddy Brad [Paisley] and also spent some time with Allison Krause and Catherine Britt. Catherine's an Aussie and I'm a Brit so it was a fun night!

Spent today going over the songs with my Producer, Jeff Teague. The technicians were setting up Mic's and geting the studio ready for tomorrows session. Worked with our Engineer, George Tutco, to get the basic levels set. Will try and get some pictures posted each day as we record...

Things are going great on the new album. We'll be in the studio again next week getting another four tracks down - one of them a song called "Nobody's Fool" that I wrote several years ago.  Jamey Garner (Nashville Star) will be making a special guest appearance on harmonica!
SIX MONTHS TO SAY GOODBYE
Met with a close friend today who recently went through a life changing experience. "The Doctor said, "I'm sorry. She only has six months to live.". Lee's Mum passed away on June 10th, 2002. Lee decided to put into words that final journey.
